SHIPPING

We want you to get your threads as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can start creating sooner. We endeavor to ship all orders placed before 12pm CST M-F same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship on the next business day. Aurifil offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. At this time orders and shipping are available within the US and US territories only. Tracking information will be sent to you via email, upon fulfilment. 

RETURNS

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your project needs. If it’s not the right fit, we'll work with you to find the best solution. If necessary, items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase.  Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected -- please allow five business days for processing.
